教育及培训背景：
1、学历要求：专科以上学历
2、专业要求：物流相关专业
3、计算机：熟练相关软件

工作经验：
1、相关的物流、包装改善经验2年以上，
2、有基本的包装设计能力，会用绘图软件
3、有仓储、配送改善推进经验；
4、了解TS16949质量体系及环境管理体系；
5、熟练运用AUTOCAD；熟悉CATIA或UG；

其他要求：
1、责任心强，工作严谨踏实
2、有良好的沟通能力具备独立带领项目团队进行产品开发
3、具备良好的内、外部协调、沟通能力
4、具有较强的工作热情及工作责任心

岗位职责：
1 严格执行公司的各项规章制度；
2 能独立完成物流、包装解决方案；
3 按照客户的零件装箱要求评估料箱设计方案、执行周期及制造费用；
3 负责量料箱的改善，监控料箱的维护和保养；
4 负责料箱修理的设计图和制造过程控制；
5 负责编制料箱的工位器具清单、初始过程流程图，组织识别特殊特性清单；
6 执行领导安排的其它工作。

常规性工作内容：
1、仓储、配送改善推进，
2、协助部门经理制定各项供应商管理制度和物流管理制度，优化物流的操作流程，规范物流运作模式。
