Marketing Assistant
As a second point of contact, the Marketing Assistant takes part in the daily management of projects in order to insure that the team is aware of project status at any time.
The works includes
- Projects follow up with a client status summary updated on a regular base
- Analysis and recommendation to improve internal efficiency
Skills Expectation
- Capacity to organize and prioritize the tasks
- Open minded and team work spirit
- Fluent with Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent in English
- Precious working experience in design agency will be a plus
