Job Responsibility:
? Collect and analyze our target market (real estate, marine and tourism industry) information.
? Production of market reports and preparation of articles for media
? Preparation of PowerPoint presentations for clients and seminars
? Financial analysis of real estate development. Evaluate investment yields, NPV, IRR and profitability of potential project investments

Job Requirements:
? University Degree in Business, Marketing or Finance
? At least two years of related work experience in market research or business analysis
? Preferable experience in recognized real estate consulting agencies
? Working knowledge of survey methodologies and financial analytical tools
? Exceptional communication and presentation skills in Mandarin and English
? Detail-oriented, team player, ability to multi-tasks
? Related experience in tourism / real estate industry is a MUST!
