Job Responsibility:
1. Marketing Strategic Definition
2. Developing both offline and online communications collaterals (brochures, newsletters, website)
3. Deal with the dissemination of communication materials such as press release, website content and newsletters
4. Driving public relations-from the strategic direction to the implementation.
5. Managing social media strategy for the Group in China
6. Developing and implementing media and event plan in China
7. Supporting colleagues in related design and account departments in the development of project based initiatives
8. Working as the main point of contact between Marketing Communication and Clients; provide relevant feedback to Team when required
9. Contributing to foster internal communications
10. Good research, writing and editing skills (both English and Chinese), as well as the ability to interact with clients professionally and maintain relationships with social media members.

Job Requirement:
1. Master Degree in marketing, communications, strategic planning and/or journalism, MBA would be a plus.
2. Industry background in architecture, outdoor, sports, fashion or retail is mandatory.
3. Native Chinese with at least 3 years oversea job/education background or foreigners with at least 3 years experience in China
4. Excellent English (both speaking and written), outstanding PowerPoint skills. Other languages such as French would be a plus
5. Related experience in sports products or outdoor products industry
6. Lead and develop team including trainings.
