Job Description:
1. Coordinate and complete activities related to the program and project management disciplines. 2. Perform a variety of project administrative duties, including disseminating project information to project stakeholders, monitoring the achievement of project activities on behalf of the project manager, developing and maintaining project deliverables under the direction of the project manager.
3. Provide administration support for project manager; arrange logistics for meetings, conferences, trainings, and other project-related events.
4. Assist to project meetings, prepare the necessary materials, including reports, presentations, translation, etc.
5. Assist foreign designers to communicate with clients and suppliers.
6. Coordinate with BD and Commercial department.

Job Requirement:
Architecture major (5 years education) bachelor (or above) degree.
2-3 years’ working experience will be appreciated
Good understanding of project and client’s requirement
Good team player
Strong interpersonal and communications skills
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
Native Chinese speaker
Fluent in English
