职责：
1、负责带领团队开拓市场及新客户，完成业务拓展目标，搭建市场拓展平台；
2、对收集项目的相关数据和信息进行分析，确定项目可行性；
3、收集、掌握、全面跟进开发商土地和项目信息、动态，与开发商进行接触，了解需求，开发项目合作机会；
4、负责与客户的接洽以及进一步的谈判邀约、商务谈判及协调前后期服务；

任职资格：
1、4年以上建筑行业市场工作经验；
2、具有良好的人际沟通协调能力及一定的公关能力；
3、敏锐的客户开发意识及客户服务意识；
4、有高度的工作责任心和敬业精神，主观能动性强，性格开朗，处事能灵活变通；
5、具有团队精神和学习精神，能在压力环境下工作，敢于接受挑战；

2002年，上海拓维都市设计顾问有限公司成立；2005年，上海拓方建筑设计事务所成立，获得建设主管部门批准的国家建筑工程甲级设计资质。2008年加拿大TOPWAY建筑设计事务所成立。在2011年，我方和丹麦皇家建筑学院（VIA）达成战略合作伙伴关系。

Our beginner created Shanghai Topway Urban Design Consultant co.Ltd in 2002.In 2005,they started Shanghai Tuofang Architectural Design Instltute which was proved as a Class I qualification design instltute. This qualification is helped to providing the reliable guarenteen for finishing these excellent products.In 2008,Canada Topway architecture design institute was set up.In 2011,Our company and Danmark Royal architecture school（VIA University） became the stragic partner.
