Position: Durability Testing Engineer

Requirement:

- Major in Mechanical Engineering with Vibration or fatigue test background

-Working experience of more than 3 years.

-Familiar with Accelerometer, Strain Gauge, Thermal Couple, Pressure Sensor, and so on

-Basic skill of data acquisition.

-Basic skill of drawing and fixture design

-Know the Hydraulic System, Preventive Maintenance. Working experience of MTS FlexTest GT Controller is preferred.

-Testing project management, plan control, manage and guide the technician to complete test, make test record, and finish technical report.

-Guide the technician to do the weekly and monthly equipment maintenance.

-Good written and spoken English.

Responsibility:

-Figure out the test plan

-Perform data acquisition, such as RLDA (Road Load Data Acquisition)

-Guide the technician to do Fatigue Bench, EVD (Engine Vibration Durability) Testing, Hot Vibration Testing, RLDA.

-Assist the CAD designer to make the test Fixture

-Responsible for sensor and equipment maintenance.

-Direct the technician to make good testing record

-Archive document.

-Report test results.
