Job description 职位描述:
确保餐饮部员工以支持和灵活的态度和“团队协作”的精神与其他部门合作。
Ensures that Food and Beverage employees work in a supportive and flexible manner with other departments, in a spirit of “We work through Teams”.
在营运过程中将对于餐饮产品的检验和监督贯穿始终,并在适当的情况下作出反馈。
Tastes and monitors the food and beverage products served throughout the operation, provides feedback where appropriate.
监督餐厅的服务和餐饮标准。在必要的地方,与餐厅副理、行政副总厨和厨师长一起实施正确的措施。
Monitors service and food and beverage standards in the Outlet. Work with the Assistant Outlet Managers, Executive Sous Chefs and Chef de Cuisines to take corrective actions where necessary.
与行政副总厨对餐饮营运进行频繁而全面的检查。
Conducts frequent and thorough inspections together with the Executive Sous Chef, of the Food and Beverage Operation.
经常去查看餐饮准备中仅可用新鲜的产品。
Frequently verifies that only fresh products are used in food and beverage preparation.
协助行政总厨/行政副总厨提出富有创意的建议和想法。
Assists the Executive Chef/Executive Sous Chefs with creative suggestions and ideas.
协助监督对所有运营设备和营业用品的月度盘点。
Assists in conducting monthly inventory checks on all operating equipment and supplies.
针对每日营运和质量控制与厨房密切沟通。
Liaises with the Kitchen and Beverage Department on daily operations and quality control.
对菜单上的所有菜品和饮料有全面的知识和理解,并能推荐菜品和饮料的搭配及促销。
Have a thorough knowledge and understanding of all food and beverage items in the menu and the ability to recommend Food and Beverage combinations and upsell alternatives.
确保餐厅的前、后区域的洁净有序。
Ensures that the outlet is kept clean and organised, both at the front as well as the back of house.
By completing step plans, quizzes and keeping training records updated 完成分步计划、测试,并持续更新培训记录;
By rolling out new menu launches alongside the Head Chef and Manager 与厨师长和经理一起试推新菜单;
By delivering training sessions on front of house standards at team meetings 在小组会议上提出餐厅前厅规范的培训计划;
By using the appropriate tools and equipment to support training for front of house team 使用适当的工具和设备,为餐厅前厅团队的培训提供支持;
By working with the manager to establish your restaurant’s training needs 与餐厅经理一同具体确立餐厅培训需求;
By running services shifts when the Senior Management team is absent and ensuring operational standards are kept high 高级管理团队岗位空缺时,代其履行职责,保证餐厅保持高水平运营状态;
By ensuring the month〆nd inventory is done accurately and on time 保证月末存货准时精确地进行盘点;
By undertaking all accountabilities as detailed below for Supervisor 承担各项餐厅主管的相关职责。
Required skills 任职要求:
At least 3yrs relevant experience in a Western restaurant 有至少3年在西餐厅相关工作管理经验;
Good English, fluent Mandarin 熟练地掌握英文和普通话;
Exceptional personal hygiene and self-presentation 出色的个人卫生和自我呈现能力;
Fun, honest and hard-working attitude 具有风趣、诚实和勤奋的工作态度。
