COMPANY AND JOB INTRODUCTION
YueHan is a trading company, with Swedish owners and management, supporting overseas brands to sell in China to retail- and to online B2B and B2C customers. We offer a complete range of services from import to sales activities and our clients’ consumer products are within baby and kids wear, fashion, apparel and health/environment.
The company was established in 2010 and our office and your working location is in Jingan area, Shanghai, close to Nanjing West Road metro stop. Various nationalities work in YueHan’s open office landscape with Scandinavian atmosphere.
YueHan is now expanding its business and is looking for a professional Account Manager to strengthen our sales team. The work will focus on our new Australian client and brand Ewenique www.ewenique.com.au. YueHan will import Ewenique’s baby products, made in Australia, and distribute on the Chinese market.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Your main responsibilities working as Ewenique’s Account Manager will be:
1.Collect data, plan and contribute in Ewenique’s China sales & marketing plan and forecast.
2.Implement campaigns and conduct follow up
3.Implement and participate at consumer and trade fairs.
4.Plan and make customer visits and conduct systematic follow up.
5.Store visits – act as Ewenique’s representative towards the customers.
6.Product exposure - Ensure Ewenique’s position in-store as well as online according to set plan. Product presentation should follow Ewenique’s guidelines.
7.Communicate with Ewenique’s headquarter in Sydney and YueHan’s Supply Chain department about in- and out deliveries to/from warehouse.
8.Fully understand and continuously update knowledge on new products, competitors and market trends.
9.Follow up orders and customer feedback, including customer payments.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS AND YOUR PERSONALITY
1.You’re service oriented and have a positive mind-set. You are also flexible, open minded and curious, thorough, loyal, honest, ambitious, good with people and like to explore new things.
2.You are fluent in oral and written Chinese.
3.Good in English speaking and writing is necessary.
4.Proven sales and marketing experience, preferable within consumer products.
5.Good general computer skills especially in regards to the Office programs.
6.We believe it’s good if you are a mother since you will work with baby products.

FACTS
Application process open until May 15th.
Start a.s.a.p.
Fulltime job, 40h per week.
Travel: Approximately 2 trips/month, in China.
Report to: COO.

YueHan is now expanding its online business and need to employ two persons to the customer service team.
The company was established in 2010. Our office and your working location is in Jingan area, Shanghai, close to Nanjing West Road metro stop. Various nationalities work in YueHan’s open office landscape with Scandinavian atmosphere.
