职责描述：
? 负责民用航空发动机产品适航取证的整体规划和技术路线的制定、实施；
? 负责适航关键技术的研究及民用航空发动机适航符合性设计与验证平台的建立；
? 负责适航前沿技术的研究；
? 负责民用航空发动机适航相关企业标准体系的规划；
? 负责与国内外相关研究机构的科研合作；
? 负责适航与安全领域重大研究课题的申请和实施；
? 负责适航与安全专业建设以及人才队伍培养。
职位要求：
? 10年以上相关专业技术工作经验，在民用航空发动机工程研发领域具有丰富的知识和经验，具有解决复杂技术问题的能力；
? 硕士及以上学历，博士学历优先，航发、燃气涡轮发动机、航推相关专业；
? 具有良好的撰写技术报告、论文、项目建议书及评审汇报的能力，能熟练阅读本专业英文资料，能用英语撰写技术报告或技术论文，有一定的英语口语交流能力，能较好地理解英文技术讲座和报告；
? 精通CCAR33、FAR33、CS-E航空发动机适航规章，至少具有一个航空发动机型号适航取证经验；
? 掌握国内适航与安全领域基础研究情况，具有领导国内外科研课题的经验，熟悉课题申请、研究与结题流程；
? 掌握适航前沿技术发展水平；
? 具有项目主办或团队管理经验；
? 在国际工业和学术界有广泛的联系和影响，能够促进我国飞机发动机研发与国际工业和学术界的交流，扩大影响。

AECC Commercial Aircraft Engine Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred as AECC CAE) was formed on January 18, 2009, jointly by AVIC Group (AVIC Group had transferred its share to AECC Group January 17, 2016, approved by the State Council), Shanghai Tobacco Group, Shanghai Electric Group and Shanghai Guosheng Group, and is located at 3998, South Lianhua Road, Shanghai, China with a registered capital of RMB 6 billion. AECC CAE is primarily engaged in the propulsion system of the commercial aircraft and its relevant products, carrying on the designing, developing, manufacturing, assembling, testing, marketing, servicing and consulting activites. AECC CAE has established 4 technology centers, namely Design, Research & Development Center, Assembly & Testing Center, MRO Center and Customer Service Center.

As high-tech enterprise, AECC CAE has been approved to be the innovation and entrepreneurship base for the first batch of Shanghai overseas high-level talents in August 2012, the innovation and entrepreneurship base for national overseas high-level talent in March 2013, postdoctoral research center in September 2015, Shanghai academician expert workstation in November 2015, and has obtained AS9001C certificate through BV certification in December 2015.
