岗位职责
1、通过各类形式进行营销，寻找和挖掘符合条件的意向客户
2、准确详细的记录客户的相关信息和要求，向客户提供商务咨询和服务工作。
3、熟练掌握电话营销的询问内容、方式、要求及操作流程；
4、维护客户关系，为前来咨询的客户提供专业的帮助与业务解析；

任职要求：
1、热爱销售行业，具备良好的客户服务意识，主动，热情
2、吃苦耐劳、具挑战精神和职业规划目标，有高度的责任心和团队协作精神；
3、具有良好的电话沟通技巧，善于把握客户的心理，具备开拓创新意识；
4、有敏锐的市场洞察力，有强烈的事业心、责任心和积极的工作态度，有金融行业电话和网络销售工作经验者优先。
5、工商类、法律类、市场营销类、会计类及金融类专业尤佳，其它专业也可。公司将提供专业知识培训。
6、有户外推广、业务拓展等相关销售经验者优先。
