岗位职责：
1、跟进及统计部门销售指标达成情况；
2、制订及执行客户电话、网络、户外开发及市场营销方案；
3、负责监督各队员的指标达成及考核；
4、落实公司及部门的各项培训计划；
5、负责重点客户跟进与维护，问题客户的投诉及维护；
6、向总监提交团队各项工作的汇总、分析报告及达成情况；
7、落实团队中的各相关工作表格及流程、制度的规范 ；
8、根据各岗位说明做好人力培养和团队组建工作 ；
9、最后是做好公司的企业文化宣传及部门建设工作。
岗位要求：
1、年龄26-35岁之间，男女不限；
2、大专以上学历，市场营销及工商管理等相关专业；
3、3年以上销售经验，1年以上销售团队管理工作经验；
4、具备良好的沟通协调能力、计划执行能力、问题解决能力及谈判技巧；
5、具备有一定的市场推广经验及户外活动组织经验。
