Level: Business Analyst/Consultant/Senior Consultant/Manager

Responsibilities

To provide professional management consulting services to global and local clients and help them to achive business objectives. Individual long-term competences will be developed gradually based on client needs and personal capability / adaption in minimum one or more of the following focused consulting areas:

· Corporate Strategy

· Corporate IT Strategy/Planning

· Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

· Human Capital Management (HCM)

· Financial Management Service (FMS)

· Change Management

· Project/Program Management (PMO)

· Corporate Governance/ Internal Control

· Supply Chain Management (SCM)

· Market Entry

· M&A FA/BDD/FDD/Valuation

For SC Level above, solid experience in at least one of the above areas is required.

For BA/C levels, required tasks will be but not limited to the followings:

· Data gathering & analysis

· Business requirement identification

· Business process diagnose and mapping

· Professional documentation/presentation

· Market and bench-marking research

· Project Management(schedule,issue,cost,scope)

· Others

Qualifications

· Colloge graduate or above

· Excellent problems-solving skill, communication skill and people skills

· Excellent presentation skills and familiar with MS office tools

· Fundamantal Knowledge of Finance, Accounting and IT

· Possitive attitude / high motivatives to work as a professional consultant, with client oriented mindset

· Excellent Japanese in both writing and speaking, English capability is a good plus

· Willing to travel frequently

· Team work

· Willness to work under high pressure

· Accept frequent and long-term travel

· Working experience in other consulting firms is a plus
