(Strategy & Operations) Management Consultant (Financial Management Service area)
Level: Senior Consultant/Consultant

Job Description

- Be responsible for helping our clients achieve business objectives, strengthen management capabilities through working with other members of our Consulting practice in providing management consulting services, mainly focusing on the financial management areas (such as finance process re-engineering/improvement, planning and budgeting, activity-based costing, performance analysis, financial management packages design and implementation, etc.) business requirement identification for further system implementation.
- Assist business development including proposal preparation.

Qualifications

- Minimum 4 (Senior Consultant) /2 (Consultant) years or more experience in the field of management consulting or in consultant-like roles working in-house
- Degree holder preferably in Accounting, Business with Accounting focus, or similar qualifications
- Professional accounting qualifications will be a plus
- Experience on financial management areas including finance process re-engineering/improvement, planning and budgeting, activity-based costing, performance analysis, financial management packages selection.
- Project management and / or team leadership experience preferred, SAP BPC, PCM or Hyperion HFM system experience is a significant plus
- Experience in accounting system implementation will be a plus
- Business development experience will be a plus
- Willing to travel frequently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (fluency in Mandarin and English)
- Fast learner, with flexibility and adaptability to work in different service lines and on different industries
- Excellent planning and organization skills
- Initiative, commitment and motivation
- Drive for client service excellence
