Follow up supplier shipping documents

Calculate freight for DHL shipment

Check with forwarder freight for sea and air shipment

Check supplier invoice and packing list, do PO LA in SAP

Inform Fiss to post IR, and do SO billing after IR

Report LA or Billing problem, support logistics or manager to fix problem

Making shipping documents including PDF invoice and Excel packing list

Send shipping documents to forwarder for sea/air shipment, send to customers for DHL shipment

Response to customer request for missing documents
