S&O FSI Senior Consultant - Financial Service Industry (金融行业顾问)

Job Description:

- Provide consulting service to foreign and local financial industry clients (banking ,insurance companies,etc).
- Perform business process analysis & improvement, user requirement definition.
- Perform project management tasks including schedule management, issue management, cost management, quality management.
- Perform coordination and communication with client

Qualifications:

- Minimum 4 years working experience
- College graduate or above
- Fundamental consulting skills including Logical thinking, Documentation skills, Research and Analysis skills, Presentation skills, Interview skills and communication are required
- Knowledge or working experience in the industries of Banking, Insurance, Securities, Leasing
- Fundamental Knowledge of Finance, Accounting and IT
- Working experience in IT/application area is a plus
- Excellent Japanese in both writing and speaking, English capability is a good plus
- Positive attitude / high motives to work as a professional consultant, with client oriented mindset
- Accept frequent and long-term travel
- willingness to work under high pressure
- Team work spirit
