IronFX is a leading global online broker specialising in Forex, CFDs, Commodities, Spot Metals and Binary Options. Due to expansion of our operations, we are seeking to employ a dynamic individual to assume the role of IT Team Leader
Job Description:
? Supervise and delegate the work of all IT Technicians across all china offices
? Provide helpdesk solutions for support and resolve problems to the end user’s satisfaction
? Train junior staff and assess their performance
? Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the IT helpdesk
? Monitor Service Desk for tickets assigned to the queue and process first-in first-out based on priority.
? Modify configurations, utilities, software default settings, etc. for the local workstation
? Utilize and maintain the helpdesk tracking software
? Document internal procedures
? Assist with on boarding of new users
? Ensure each workstation has a computer, monitor, keyboard, mouse, hard drive, and any additional specialized equipment
? Install, test and configure new workstations, peripheral equipment and software
? Maintain inventory of all equipment, software and software licenses
? Report issues to the Service Desk for escalation
? Manage PC setup and deployment for new employees using standard hardware, images and software
? Assign users and computers to proper groups in Active Directory
? Perform timely workstation hardware and software upgrades as required
Person Specification:
? University Degree in Information Systems or related field
? 2 years management experience within the IT department
? Excellent knowledge of Outlook setup and troubleshoot
? Experienced in active directory, basic Networking, remote support, windows installation and troubleshoot
? Excellent knowledge of the English language, written and oral
? Problem solver
? Able to use own initiative, prioritise and work independently
? Ability to master new technology quickly and to work in a constantly changing environment
? Strong communication skills
