3-5 years experience
be highly creative but with a rational side
have excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work well as part of a team, with a range of people
be able to work under pressure, and be highly motivated and well organised
be able to see other people's point of view and cope with criticism
Be able to present ideas internally
Conceptualise and design campaigns/layouts for a variety of clients from personal care to travel
Have a passion for digital and all things interactive
