职位描述
Main responsibilities
Solution Delivery
? Lead restaurant solution delivery that supports vast business growth and demands in the future, this includes but not limited to point of sales & retail solution, ecommerce, digital solution and cashless technologies
? Align and work together with regional and global IT team to formulate solution roadmap and ensure solution meet China business requirements
? Work with regional and global teams to manage governance of the product
? Work with local teams to ensure smooth transition with new initiatives.
? Ensure that use of system is in alignment with Business expectations has appropriate supporting processes.
Project Management
? Provide project management role in restaurant solution projects from initiating, planning, executing to closing.
? Oversee the implementation of the project plan. This includes ensuring that the appropriate project management disciplines are adhered to (e.g., quality assurance, communications plan, change management plan, risk management, issue management, etc.).
? Collaborate with key customers to ensure client expectations are in-line with project goals and objectives
? Track the project's progress against the project plan and collectively adjust the project plan to ensure effective completion based on defined project success measures
? Communicate regularly to key stakeholders on the status of the project
Vendor Management
? Manage vendor performance to ensure delivery and deployment time frame, service level are met.
People/Relationship Management
? Effectively supervise, manage performance, and ensure staff development for direct reports
? Identify the people requirements and skill set required to meet project goals
? Provide on-going coaching and mentoring to team members
? Build strong relationships between teams within IT and between IT and related operation and business teams
? Maintain professional relationships with peers in other corporations and outside organizations
Requirements
? University degree or above
? 5+ Years experience in managing retail systems/application/infrastructure
? Strong understanding of retail payment and ecommerce solutions will be preferred
? Familiar with Web/ Mobile application development
? Familiar with PMP/ ITIL, excellent documentation ability
? Strong vendor management and project management skills
? Strong English Communication skills, with a customer focus
