工作目标：
为欧洲和中国的女装品牌提供自行设计开发的毛衫产品。欧洲品牌如Zara, Top Shop, OVS，Benetton等。中国品牌如C&A, Lily等。产品档次多为中档，中高档，或中低档。时尚度较高。

设计师要求：
1， 有三年以上针对欧洲女装毛衫市场的设计经验。了解和喜欢毛衫。
2， 对不同品牌的市场定位和设计风格有准确的理解，明确区分不同品牌的产品。
3， 对时尚元素能够准确理解和把握，把每季的时尚元素贯彻到不同品牌的毛衫设计中。并且在公司平台支持下，将设计思路转化成受到市场认可的毛衫织片和成衣。

Sweater Designer

Target of working is to develop ladies sweater for European and Chinese brand market. European brands are like Zara, Top shop, OVS, Benetton etc. Chinese brands are like C&A, Lily etc. Our target customers are middle, high-middle or low-middle market but with high fashion requirements.

Requirements to application,
1. Applications need to have least three years experience in sweater designing for European market, with passion on sweater design.
2. Applications are able to understand fashion clearly, and smell the difference between the requirements of different brands.
3. Applications have accuracy of understanding on fashion, with the ability of combining fashion into sweater designs for different brands. Haw Textile Ltd offers support on technical and sourcing. Applications are able to turn imagines into swatches and sweaters with the help from Haw Textile Ltd.
