* 具备一定暖通空调及消防工程设计经验（尤其针对办公楼室内装修工程）；

* 了解办公楼暖通空调设备和性能；

* 能根据项目的实际情况提出合理的设计方案；

* 能独立完成施工图；

* 良好的英文听说读写能力。


岗位职责：

* 完成暖通空调/消防工程施工图和竣工图

* 与室内设计师协作完成设计文件

* 提供与暖通和消防相关的技术支持
