Account Executive 客户主任(Media Division 媒体部)

Position Summary:

This position will primarily be responsible for client liaison and media relations. This position is to provide media relations and administrative support to the team following the established guidelines.

Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Proactively support the team for clients liaison and program execution work;

2. Conduct market research and related opportunities for clients;

3. Cultivate media relations for clients & the company;

4. Proactively conduct media pitching for clients & company;

5. Liaison with vendors at the same level on the tasks follow up and coordination;

6. Coordination of various parties and/or teams internally and externally;

7. Editorial writing, material preparation and other administrative and research support as required;

8. Provide on-site execution support for client events or activities;

9. Business travel is required;

10. Required to work overtime and off-office for clients’ work;

11. Carry out tasks under the established guidelines and/or as required;

12. Other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in journalism, marketing, Media and PR or other related fields;

2. 1+ year of agency / client service experience is preferable;

3. A good command of both English and Chinese;

4. Good Time Management Skills;

5. Excellent written and oral communication skills;

6. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously;

7. Proven ability to work as part of a team, demonstrate initiative and solve problems independently;

8. Proficient Microsoft Word, Excel and Access database skills.

Both Chinese and English CV are required
