Senior Account Executive 高级客户主任(Media Division 媒体部)

Position Summary:

This position is to provide support to the team to manage a portfolio of marketing communications and media relations programs for multiple clients. He or she is required to manage day-to-day client liaison and media related activities for multiple clients and to supervise Account Executives/Coordinator for daily client liaison and media relations handling.

Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Provide planning and execution support to team leader in project or retainer type marketing communications programs;

2. Handle research on clients’ businesses and industries to maintain a current, relevant knowledge base;

3. Generate creative concepts and ideas;

4. Plan, organize and implement special events and promotions;

5. Be able to deal with government and non-government organizations;

6. Develop media relationships; update and maintain a current, relevant media list for the company and clients;

7. Proactively conduct media pitching for clients & company;

8. Required to develop, translate written materials for marketing collaterals and press information;

9. Provide on-site execution support for select events;

10. Develop relationships with external audiences to convey the clients’ messages;

11. Individually handle client liaison where necessary;

12. Business travel is required;

13. Required to work overtime and off-office for clients’ program;

14. Carry out tasks under the established guidelines and/or as required;

15. Other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

1. 3-5 years' experience in a public relations, marketing or journalists;

2. College degree with preferred major in journalism, mass communication or marketing;

3. Have excellent and efficient writing and oral communication skills in Chinese and English;

4. Possess strong understanding of digital media landscape and opportunities;

5. Be outgoing, able to "think on his/her feet"; be the kind of person who is always coming up with creative new ideas;

6. Good interpersonal skills;

7. Presentable and professional;

8. Be organized and extremely detail oriented, and able to keep track of multiple tasks at once;

9. Willingness to work non-traditional hours.
