Account Manager 客户经理(Media Division 媒体部)

Position Summary:

This position is responsible for developing strong and solid marketing communications and media relations support to meet the needs of clients, by leading and managing a team of executives focusing on marketing communications consulting, execution as well as media relationship and management. This individual will work closely with clients and the event teams.

Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Required to develop marketing communication and media maximization proposals for existing and prospective clients;

2. Lead and manage executives and event teams in accordance with corporate processes including strategy development, planning, execution and measurement / evaluation;

3. Provide strategic input to market communications programs as well as support client marketing activities;

4. Ensure professional program management in account implementation;

5. Pursue active media relationship development;

6. Ensure media exposure to meet the marketing goals as previously agreed or planned for each and every Client/Event/Project;

7. Ensure professional media management in account/project implementation;

8. Provide high-level measurement/summary report to relevant clients internally and externally;

9. Responsible for team training and development;

10. Business travel is required;

11. Required to work overtime and off-office for client work;

12. Independently manage client relations and media functions;

13. Any other reasonable tasks as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelors Degree in a related field; Graduate Degree preferred;

2. Minimum of 5 years media experience with agency background/interaction;

3. Strong strategic and analytical marketing skills; background in developing strategic media plans (including results analysis) is required;

4. Solid understanding of digital media landscape and opportunities;

5. It is mandatory to have proven experience in media relations and media management;

6. Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills;

7. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;

8. Strong team and collaborative management skills;

9. Must be fluent in both Mandarin and English;

10. Must be proficient with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Both Chinese and English CV are required.
