Position Summary:

Reporting directly to the Partner, this position is primarily responsible for directing and managing partnerships with key clients. Business developments capabilities, strong event marketing, sponsorship, media relations and staff management experience are key success factors for this position.

Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Be able to drive business proposals for existing and prospective clients;

2. Be able to negotiate and manage contracts;

3. Be creative, proactive and proficient to develop presentation to new or existing pitches;

4. Invoicing and tracking receivables;

5. Exercise cost management responsibility by monitoring event budget;

6. Manage special events from concept through implementation;

7. Work closely and cooperatively with clients, vendors and other 3rd party partners;

8. Be able to identify and develop new business opportunities and work towards revenue targets;

9. Lead and manage event teams in accordance with corporate processes including concept development, plan development, program implementation and program measurement / evaluation;

10. Direct and develop clients’ national and regional event marketing activation;

11. Provide strategic input to market communications programs as well as support client marketing activities;

12. Responsible for constantly improving quality delivery of agency services as well as new business opportunities;

13. Network with prospective clients and be able to identify prospective leads;

14. Responsible for team training and development;

15. Business travel is required;

16. Required to work overtime and off-office for company work.

Both Chinese and English CV are required.
