Major responsibilities

? General ledger:

? Internal control and improvement projects:

1) Monthly and quarterly closing entries and accounting reports preparation for APAC;

2) Australian office accounting booking, tax and reconciliation files;

3) First level review APAC account reconciliation

4) Assist Tax& payroll accountant to reconcile the PRC statutory books and with the date from our

ERP system

5) Assist Tax& payroll accountant to prepare monthly tax return and annual tax declaration

6) Fixed assets management

7) Support annual audit and tax investigation

8) Assist Tax& payroll accountant to prepare payroll related data.

1) SOX re-implementation within the group and develop score cards per area. Assess where we

currently are with the SOX rules and make a recommendation to management.

2) Prototype APAC Finance Google drive to have the reconciliation files loaded on the drive and be

accessible throughout the Gerber world.

3) Flow chart the entire APAC finance processes and procedures;

? Approve creation/change/extension of SAP customer and vendor master data;

? Communication with business operation and other cross function with good relationship, to be quick and

professional response and feedback to internally as well as externally;

? Ad hoc projects as assigned by management

Reporting

? Monthly G/L accounting report on day 6.

? Accomplish SAP book accurately and closing on time each month;

Education & Experience

? Minimum 2-3 years of related work experience in Financial Operations, preferably in an international

environment with different legal entities, Business Units and cultures.

? Bachelor Degree holder with major in finance/accounting/economics or equivalent through experience.

? Excellent English is a plus

? Proven working knowledge of accounting and other transaction processing systems and internal controls;

? SAP knowledge/Australia accounting and tax experience is a significant plus
