Job Description:
1. Assist SCM manager
2. Process all aspects of purchase and sales order
3. Communicate and coordinate with customers and suppliers
4. Provide feedback to requesters if incorrectness occurs
5. Work with customers and suppliers in order to resolve issues related to invoices, damaged/ returned goods, and delivery performance
6. Check stock availability with warehouse and suppliers
7. Maintain databases and prepare relative reports
8. Gather market information
Job Requirement:
- At least 3-years relevant working experience
- At least a bachelor degree, major of international trade would be a plus
- Fluent English, both oral and written, with CET 6 - Good computer skill
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Looking for improvements in all aspects related with the responsibility
