Main responsibility:
1.Quality Assurance-- Product quality inspection plans (PQIP) incl. specific check lists and in coporation with Engineering control instructions at drawings;

2.Conduct the management of the Inspection Characteristics and product Inspection rules & plans;
3. Quality control-- Assembly and function check of Machines and provide the technical support to production team to improve product quality;

4.Participate and support during supplier selection and reviews;

5. Full responsible for the suppliers' audit and conduct handling the quality complains by customers;

6.Securing training of suppliers in the usage of above;

7.Full responsible for the setting up, improvement, implementation and maintenance of the quality system and related documents to make sure to complies with the industry standards;

8. Conduct the Internal & External audits and ensure the Quality continuous improvements.

Position Requirement:
1.Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering either Mechanical Engineering or Quality Engineering.

2.At least 5+ years of experience in quality management.preferably some experience in continues improvement processes like Kaizen, Six Sigma or similar.and the experience in Product Quality Assurance is mandatory

3. be strong, assertive and confident in providing direction / enforcing policies and company

4.Understanding and experience about manufacturing processes is perfect

5.rules/regulations to the project team and managers

6.Good English communication skill, especially in Spoken and written

7.Effective communication,Open minded, Responsibility and Teamwork sense

8.Positive and strong personal appearance,flexible but persistence
