Main responsibility:
1 Operative Purchasing activities within responsible Sub Categories based on daily demand list
- RFQ handling
- Negotiation
- PO handling
- update of Planned Delivery Times (PDT)

2 Leading of Sub Categories mainly in the area of raw material, casting, forgings, structural component and subcontracted components

3 Supplier Management within the responsible Sub-Categories
- Supplier selection
- Supplier development
- Supplier performance handling
(OTP, Quality, Lead time, Technology)
- Set up & Maintenance of Supplier Portfolio"

4 Global Sourcing in the area of the responsible Sub Categories

5 Framework Contract - / and Price List Handling within the responsible Sub-Categories

Position Requirements:

1 Technical Knowledge of materials within the responsible Sub Categories (incl. able to read and understand drawings)

2 Knowledge about operative Purchasing activities

3 Knowledge about Market & Supplier range within the responsible Sub Categories

4 Basic understanding and experience about manufacturing processes is perfect

5 At least 5+ years procurement or Buyer experience in relevant industry, manufacturing plant is better

6 Supplier Management skills and Negotiation techniques

7. Bachelor degree or above ,major in Mechanical Engineering or related major.

8 Good English communication skill, especially in oral and written

9 Motivation Competence

10 Effective communication,Open minded, Responsibility and Teamwork sense

11 Flexibility/Stress handling and Own continuous improvement
