岗位职责 ：
1、向客户介绍本公司的相关服务，管理客户档案，完成部门经理交办的其他任务；
2、负责接待参观展厅的客户，并了解客户需求，对其购买提供专业咨询；
3、与客户进行沟通，及时掌握客户需要，了解客户状态；
4、定期对客户档案进行分析、整理，提供销售分析数据；
5、接受客户投诉，妥善解决问题；
6、参与合同的谈判与签订。

任职资格：
1、大专以上学历，应届毕业生亦可；
2、熟练使用办公软件；
3、普通话标准，有良好的沟通及表达技巧，亲和力佳；
4、有办公家具行业销售经验者优先。

交通方式：地铁2号线，徐泾东站下8号或9号口出，乘坐公交1503双联路徐龙路站下，亦可乘坐出租车过来，本公司凭出租车发票报销部分车费（工作日上下班有班车接送至徐泾东地铁站）。
