职位描述
Main responsibilities
Responsible for enterprise solution delivery and project management, ranging from ERP/BI to workflow / HR, as well as various supply chain/finance applications, extending to other enterprise application area in the future.
? Lead projects from initiation to close, to deliver effective solutions that meet approved customer and business needs. Accountable for determining and delivering solutions to approved budget and schedule commitments whilst meeting required quality and compliance standards.
? Focus areas include business requirement study, stakeholder management (varies by organization), project progress management, vendor management, risk management and delivery of business benefit. This role is also required to follow established project management standards (PMP/PRINCE2) and lead / contribute to continued development of the project / program management capability.
? Work independently, lead a project team comprise of members from various parties, subordinates, business teams, vendors, remote team members etc.
Requirements
? University degree or above
? Experience in business application project management
? Understanding / experience in either of these business application areas: BPM (business process management), BI/datawarehouse, ERP, CRM,
? Understanding / experience in either of these technical areas: EAI(enterprise application integration), e-commerce tech platforms, web-based technologies, mobile technologies, system architecture
? Prefer retail industry background.
? Experience in supporting/partnering with new store development business will be a plus, but not mandatory
? Business oriented, strong English communication skill, with a customer focus
? Strong Vendor Management Skill
? Good in people skill in supporting IT team development and business stakeholder management
? Proactive, open minded and willing to take extra accountabilities/ responsibilities
