In line with the Group's future development, our company is seeking the position as follows:

The Role
-Reporting to the General Manager, this role will be responsible for:
-Review sub-ordinate(s)'s working;
-Provide training to sub-ordinate(s) on both technical issues and working procedures;
-Monitor sub-ordinate(s) working progress;
-Liaise with clients and provide consultancy services in accounting related issues;
-Participate in new engagement negotiation and business meetings;
-Be responsible for case portfolio and billing of team / department
-Assist Manager in co-ordinating with external authority / auditor for accounts review / auditing, etc.


Requirement
-4~5 years' working experience in relevant roles with at least 2 years in leadership role;
-Bachelor degree or above in accounting major;
-Good English communication skills (IELTS 6.5+)
-Affiliate / Member of professional accounting body;
-Strong knowledge and skills in both PRC and international accounting standards;
-Be able to demonstrate good leadership skills;
-Good client services skills;
-Have critical thinking;
-Responsible, hard working and flexible
