职位描述:

1、负责安排和协调打包、报关、装箱和发货等相关事宜，并准备相关文件和资料；

2、制备进出口单据，确保进出口报关单据准确无误；

3、负责物流操作具体事宜，跟踪物流进展；

4、负责协调处理物流运输过程中出现的各种突发事件；

5、协助做好货物运输损坏的索赔工作；

6、处理好与国内外货代物流公司、海关等相关部门的关系；

7、做好物流单据和文件存档和管理工作以及公司内勤工作。

8、完成领导交办的其它工作

岗位要求:

1、 女性，身体健康，大专及以上学历；

2、 大学英语4—6级，具备良好的英语听、说、读、写能力；

3、 具备较好的沟通、协调、应变能力；

4、 工作认真、仔细，工作责任心强；

5、 具有吃苦耐劳和团队协作的精神；

6、 具有较好的学习能力和领悟能力；
