岗位概述JOB SUMMARY

该岗位主要负责登记和整理所有生产部件及生产易耗品。同时负责根据公司工作流程和工作指示收发物品，整理盘点库存，跟进物料库存状态。通过仓库账册管理、ERP系统数据维护和仓库报表确保单货相符。
This position records and maintains control of all manufacturing inventory of parts and consumables. He/she is in charge of receiving and issuing materials, following work orders, and tracking the inventory throughout the plant. He/she will responsible for inventory book to make sure the inventory accord with inventory book and MRP system maintenance.

工作内容RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
? 根据公司规定工作程序以及具体工作指示登记和整理生产部件及生产易耗品；
Recording and maintaining control of all manufacturing inventory of parts and consumables by following work procedure and work orders.
? 按照公司程序操作日常库存货物的收发货工作；
Be responsible for receiving and issuing materials, parts and consumables.
? 每日及时将收发货信息登记到相关报表和MRP系统；
Recording daily received and issued information into required forms and MRP System.
? 制作提交每周及每月库存报表；
Submit weekly and monthly inventory report.
? 跟进库存情况，一旦发现库存不足及时提交采购申请；
Tracking materials throughout the plant and fill in Request of quotation (RFQ)
? 通过标记货架有序归档所有库存，以满足日常整理归类需要；
Storing material on stock shelves as well as marking products with the appropriate codes
? 月底盘存，确保手工账册、MRP系统数据和实际货物相符，制作月报表；
In charge of monthly verifying at the end of each month, assure Inventory Manual, MRP System Data and inventory are match with each other.
? 上级主管安排的其他工作；

任职资格及岗位要求
COMPETENCY OR

岗位要求POSITION REQUIREMENTS
? 必须具备有效叉车行驶证；
Fork lift certificate is a must.
? 熟悉机械零备件、生产消耗品、制造工具、五金件等优先考虑；
Familiar with manufacturing materials and parts, tools, consumables, hardware is a plus.
? 基本的英语阅读及书写能力；
Basic English writing and reading skill is required.
? 谦逊仔细的工作态度，优秀的沟通技能，能和工厂员工及外部供应商顺畅沟通；
Courteous and professional interpersonal skills to communicate with employees and suppliers at dock.
? 有较强时间观念；
Time management skills.
? 熟练使用微软Office2010软件；
Good knowledge of MS office 2010 English version
? 至少一年仓库管理软件操作经验；
1+ year’s working experience of warehouse management System.

学历及工作经验要求 EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
? 中专及以上学历;
Diploma degree or above.
? 物流仓储相关专业者优先考虑;
Major in logistic and inventory preferred.
? 3年以上仓储管理相关工作经验;
3+ years’ working experience as warehouse management.
