Responsibilities:

• Long term and short term Strategy planning and Organiztion development management
• Manage the administrative team and the repair center team
• Definition of Staff Career Path and training plan
• Planning and tasks distributions for the daily production and/or for project
• Instructions to the daily work under systematic way and preparation for the relevant reporting on regular basis
• Cost analysis and control regarding repairing materials, labor, transportation, etc.
• Fluent internal communication in order to support AM works and smooth process to work out solution
• Fluent external communication in order to deal with customer complaints and coorperate for service providing
• Actively enhance the continuous improvement in process, hardware and software installations in repair center

Requirements:

• College degree or above in Business Management or related
• At least 3-year experience in Manufacturing area for planning or for operation management
• Good knowledge of project follow up
• Good knowledge of making plan
• Good ability of categorizing tasks according to priority
• Team management
• Very good communication & coordination skill among the different Business Units internally and externally
• Good documentation & reporting making
• Good MS office skill
• Good English reading, writing and speaking skill
• SAP experience preferable
• Work under the high pressure and overtime if necessary
• After-sales/customer service experience, preferable
