职位描述
Responsibilities
1. Handle day-to-day shipment arrangement and documentation collection, preparation and distribution by following company standard operation procedures
2. Coordinate with shippers, consignees, carriers and other service providers to ensure smooth cargo movement and payment settlement
3. Input data into system timely and accurately
4. Verify the correctness of documents provided by shippers, carriers and other service providers
5. Prepare shipping documents as required
6 Other ad-hoc projects and tasks assigned by the company
Requirements
1. College degree or above, CET-4
2. 1-year related working experience
3. Familiar with Microsoft Office software
4. Good communication & interpersonal skills
5. Detail orientated and fast learner
6. Good sense of service and team player
