PURCHASER
Job Description
Establish and implement contractual partnership with suppliers or subcontractors;
Ensure distribution and follow-up of RFQ's;
Seek Southeast Asia suppliers to fulfill requests and ensure competitivity between them;
Participates in the evaluation and qualification of the suppliers;
Be responsible for the purchasing order production, confirm and arrange the delivery date and tracking the arrival of the goods
Realise and submit purchase orders following procedure;
Submit and follow-up supplier debit notes following procedure;
Reports performance to Plant and Headquarter;
Cost saving budgeting and targeting ;
Negociate, optimize and manage prices and payment terms;
Respect the safety and environmental rules of the company.
The Successful Applicant
College degree or above. international trade major, business English or related major.
