Job description:

1.Continuously drive employee engagement, eg. Organize employee activities;
2.Deployment of ISC company culture and HR initiatives;
3.Salary and employee benefits;
4.Drive the training plan set-up, implementation and training effectiveness evaluation;
5.Implementing of the performance management system;
6.Implementing the communication plan; organize meeting/activities to continuously improve communication efficiency.
7.Manage employee relationship, including handling ER cases;
8.Recruitment of new employees, and provide orientation programs to the new hires;
9.Other assignments given by HR Manager.

Skills and qualifications required:

1.Bachelor’s degree
2.3 years plus HR generalist working experience in MNC
3.Excellence English both in written and spoken
4.Strong sense of driving results
5.Good interpersonal skills
6.Good MS Excel, Word, PPT skill
