岗位描述:：
1.早7点到晚10点，两班次运转进行空调、照明、消防等设备的监控, 发现报警进行记录并通知相关人员。
2.及时响应客户的要求，对于不能解决的问题，马上向上一级报告。
工作职责：
1. 通过学习，熟练掌握远程监控管理软件的应用，能通过应用技术软件对工程中的数据进行采集分析。
2. 了解空调、照明、消防等设备的运行方式，能够修改设定点以及解决基本的运行问题。
3. 对设备运行产生的报警进行初步的筛选、分析，并按要求进行记录及汇报。
4. 与项目各方(业主、巡检、分析等)进行沟通、协调工作。
要求如下：
1.男, 可适应早7点到晚10点的倒班工作；
2.中专或中专以上学历；
3.较强独立工作能力，工作自律性强，具有团队合作精神。

Baseline Technical Services provides engineering and sustainable development-based services to the operators and owners of commercial facilities in China. We ensure our customers’ building systems, including refrigeration, air-conditioning and lighting, are designed and installed correctly, and once installed, operate efficiently. We identify and resolve equipment breakdowns or performance issues that may arise during daily operation via our remote management system.
 
To achieve optimum performance of these systems, we have a team of on and off-site engineers that can be deployed to resolve issues identified via data analysis. We bring value to our customers through reductions in electricity consumption brought about by improvement in system design, optimization of control strategies, and implementation of energy efficiency measures.
 
Baseline also provides sustainability consulting services to help customers reduce their other environmental impacts.
