1、根据公司理财产品特点，进行新客户开发，主要以网络形式，不需外出；
2、定期做客户回访，做好老客户维护和再开发；
3、完成销售经理制定的销售目标；
4、根据一线工作了解到的客户反馈，向公司提出产品及流程优化建议。
任职要求：
1、热爱金融行业，在金融行业有长期发展意愿；
2、有明确目标，对高薪有追求、超强执行力；
3、有较强的学习能力、分析能力、压力承受能力；
4、爱岗敬业，诚实负责者优先录用；
