1. 根据图纸，能熟练装配，拆卸各类塑料成型模具。

2. 熟悉如何维修塑料模具。

3. 熟悉热处理操作。

4. 熟悉铣床，钻床，磨床，氩弧焊等设备的操作。

5. 2年以上模具现场工作经验。
