工作内容：

· Participates actively in EH&S programs and 5S that apply to his job. Ensures compliance of standards and regulations.

积极参与工作中的EHS和5S 项目，确保遵守标准和规则。

· Release mold development schedule to the team and customer, and follow up every step strictly.

To ensure no any delay and meet the customer’s requirement.

发行模具进度表给内部团队和客户，严格跟进每个时间节点，确保没有任何延误并满足客户需求。

· To launch kick off meeting with customer, clarify any concern and question before mold design.

主持项目启动会议，在模具设计之前澄清任何疑问和顾虑。

· To launch mold construction review meeting with related department or send mold construction drawing to customer for approval.

主持模具结构审查会议或者发送结构图纸给客户确认。

· To follow up mold manufacture & assembly status, the target is to finish manufacture & assembly on time with good quality.

跟进模具制造及装配状况，目标是按时按质完成加工及装配．

· Manage the mold trial and mold repair request in order to deliver good parts to customer after T3, and ensure good mold movement.

负责模具试模和修模，目的在T3后递交好的样品，并且确保模具动作没问题。

· Prepare the mold transportation documents, such as to do custom clearance in advance etc

准备模具运输资料，如预先报关所需重量尺寸等资料．

· After transfer mold to molding plant, to follow up production running status, if need support in order to run smoothly, he should deal with it actively.

在模具移交现场后，跟进模具生产状况，如果需要支持才能够顺利投产，要积极面对处理．

· Finish the daily documents update, such as kick off meeting record, mold construction record, mold trial request, mold repair request, schedule update, follow up project status record etc.

负责日常报表更新, 如：项目启动会议记录，模具结构审查会议记录，模具试模单，模具修模单，进度表更新，项目跟进状态表更新等．

Education/教育:

· Mechanical field, Mold design and manufacture is preferred, junior college or above

机械专业背景，模具设计与制造专业优先，大专以上学历．

Experience/经验:

· Project management experience for mold at least 3 years in high competitive environment, experience of international environment is preferable.

至少3年竞争性较强环境的模具项目管理经验, 跨国公司经验优先．

Knowledge/Skills
Required/所需知识技能:

· He could speak/write/listen/read English in daily working situation freely.

较好的英语听说读写能力．

· Knowledge of mold technology and project management.

具备模具技术和项目管理的知识．

· Knowledge of cosmetic or packaging experience would be a plus.

具化妆品或者包装行业经验优先．

（三）雷盛化妆品喷雾器（上海）有限公司，2005年投资建厂，位于上海市奉贤区金汇（齐贤）镇航南公路3358号，现有员工约200人，主要从事乳液喷头等化妆品外包装生产。
