Requirements:

- 2+ years work experience in recruitment field;
- Good verbal and written English,German is a plus;
- Familiar with PRC labor & tax laws and regulations;
- Excellent cross-cultural/global communication skills;
- Strong capability in planning and organizing projects;
- Familiar with different recruitment channels and their effectiveness;
- Good understanding of government policy and regulation;
- Strong sense of confidentiality and service, quick response and efficient working style;
- Self-initiative, Independent,
- Team player and detail oriented;

Responsibility:

工作职责：
- Assist with the administration of the day-to-day operations of the human resources functions and duties.

处理日常人力资源事务。

- File employee data and prepare HR documents; including job descriptions, employee handbooks and recruiting letters.

记录员工信息及人事文档，例如：职位说明书、员工手册及聘用信。

-Maintain employee files and the HR filing system.

维护员工文档集人事文档系统。

-Publish/distribute company’s recruiting advertisements through Internet, Newspaper, Job fair market, colleagues/universities, etc.

通过互联网、报纸、劳工市场以及大专院校发布公司招聘广告。
