Job Requirements;

* Project Planning experience in complex MHS Projects;

* Excellent both written and spoken in English;

* Rich experience in production plan;

* Excellent communication and coordination skills;

* Strong sense of responsibility.

Job Decription:

* Creation, revision and update Resource and Project Schedules;

* Become the "Owner" of the Schedules and to ensure an optimum schedule is maintained and correct reporting is done;

* Investigate, measure and record Schedule changes and variations through the lifecycle;

* Ensure all planning changes are clearly documented and recorded;

* Gather progress information from Project Team members to allow progress to be monitored, and highlight issues/delays to the Project Manager;

* Gather progress information from Customer and Subcontractors to allow progress to be monitored, and highlight issues/delays to the Project Manager;

* Coordinate with the relevant parties within Beumer Industries to ensure the timely ordering, manufacturing and delivery of equipment;

* Monitor manufacturing/delivery schedules and provide early warning in case of changes;

* Escalate planning issues to the Director of Projects when actions taken do not give the desirable results on delays ;

* Instigate Recovery Plans if the project deviates from the original planning.
