工作内容：

- 监督日常操作和海外代理的Email往来并处理相关投诉，给予及时的建议及解决方案
- 监督各航线内VIP ACCOUNT的操作
- 监督各相关操作在日常工作中严格控制成本并实现尽可能的利润最大化
- 根据市场行情，合理调配舱位，达到利润最大化，并制作相应的Report于每月规定日期前发送给客服部经理
- 必须密切注意舱位、设备及运价的变化，及时做应对措施，如监督操作提前订舱、提箱、做箱、报关以及进港等
- 与船公司及各供应商建立良好关系，拿到合理的成本保持日常工作的有序进行
- 如本航线有任何市场变动或客人有特殊要求或特别事务等, 及时与经理沟通
- 各紧急事件和投诉事件的及时处理
- 配合经理领导完成各项任务，以达到公司制定的Budget

任职资格：

- 物流相关专业大专以上学历，英语4级以上或同等水平以上

- 同等职位二年以上跨国物流公司工作经验

- 密切了解市场讯息，各大船公司舱位情况以及运价的市场动态
- 十分熟悉及掌握查询了解各航线约价，尤其是对美国线的约价查询、分析
- 清晰了解各船公司美国线航线优势点

- 工作认真负责，责任心强，有较强的判断力及应变能力
