Job Description

-Produce space plan,design concept and finishes proposals
-Prepare design presentation and drawings
-Coordinate with contractor and supplier for design and fitout issues
-Control material and workmanship quality and time schedule together with Project Manager

Requirements
-College degree or above in the field of Interior Design or related disciplines
-Minimum 8 years work experience in interior design and fitout projects
-Good team leading, organization and coordiantion skills
-Good team player
-Good command of AutoCAD, MS-office and other software application
-Good command of English

Job Description
Develop and maintain relationships within the real estate and building sales & marketing industry
Seek business relationships and opportunities with existing and potential clients including local clients
Track and follow up on leads and lead clients through the acquisition process
Keep high level contacts with clients
Make and co-ordinate preparation of marketing/project proposal and material
Make presentation for marketing purpose as well as bidding on projects
Plan and execute marketing promotions, PR and events for company branding
Job Knowledge / Skill / General Abilities
Excellent presentation ability
Excellent interpersonal skill and communication skills
Fluency in English and Mandarin
Good at Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint software applications
Responsible, sociable, self-motivated and good team player
Education:
Diploma/ Degree in marketing or PR, or design related field
Experience:
Minimum 4 years relevant work experience
