· No previous media or sales experience needed

· Positive - with the drive and ability to self-motivate

· See the pressure of a dynamic sales culture as a privilege
· Prepared to travel
· A superb communicator and proficient in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients
· With the ability to plan and implement a plan under little supervision, and a can do attitude
· Fluent in other languages an advantage but not essential
