工作内容：
- 负责电话接听；外来客人的接待；收发快递。
- 负责复印机、传真机的管理和使用；办公室日常物品、固定资产的管理、采购、配送审核、发放登记；办公室的安全管理。
- 负责公司文件的编制，外部文件接收、分类与存档；通讯录的及时更新。
- 协助同事进行会议的筹备与召开，人员的联系及协调，会议记录与整理；其他活动的组织和协调。
- 配合Operation Team的其他事务性工作。

岗位要求：
- 本科学历，两年以上相关工作经验，熟悉办公室工作程序。
- 良好的英语听说读写能力。
- 熟练Office办公软件，熟练使用各种办公自动化设备，有一定IT技能者优先。
- 具有良好的沟通协调能力。
- 注重细节，认真踏实，责任心强，愿意从事各项支持性工作，有一定保密意识。
