Description
Mainframe Computing in Shanghai System Programming (z/OS) Engineer


Responsible for the design and maintenance of the operating environment that provides the technology, stability and power to meet the Firm's z-platform computing requirements.


Qualifications
Must Have - Good Assembler skills for usermods maintenance


· Strong SMP/E skills

· Experience with z/OS and ISV software installations

· Excellent Testing skills (design tests to validate software functionality, robustness, performance)

· HCD/Hardware knowledge

· Strong dump reading

· Internals of z/OS

· REXX, SAS, JCL

· Weekend work and on-call rotation

Attributes:

· Self-motivated individual

· Good verbal and written English communications skills
