Objective:
？ To provide support to buyer / buying manager in managing all aspects of SAP related buying function;
？ To monitor order schedules to ensure timely and accurate delivery to stores
？ To analyze sales performance, follow up orders and monitor stock levels to ensure seasonal targets are achieved by working closely with team members;
？ To work with the sales team to ensure the sales target being achieved;

Job Description:
？ To collect vendor information and update the vendor contact list;
？ Be responsible to update the seasonal purchase recap;
？ To review and manage order confirmation and maintain communication with vendor on any discrepancy;
？ To support buyer to provide correct order to SAP team for data upload;
？ Working closely with Finance dept to ensure all the payment being process correctly and timely;
？ Follow up with vendor on delivery schedule and ensure timely and accurate delivery to stores; to update the delivery plan for analysis purpose;
？ To handle store enquiries and special orders promptly and efficiently to meet customers’ request;
？ To create the 6 grid report for store each season and handle store merchandise-related enquiries promptly;
？ To work with the sales team and VM team to ensure the presentation of the collection;
？ To be a good team player and supportive;
